Would you like individual support and guidance from an experienced trainer or physiotherapist? Then take a look at our group trainings:

GLA:D Osteoarthritis

In order to treat you for osteoarthritis of the hip or knee joint according to the current guidelines of various international professional societies, we offer the GLA:D Switzerland programme. On the website of GLA:D Switzerland you can read the following: “The aim of GLA:D® Switzerland Osteoarthritis is to implement international guidelines in practice in a quality-controlled way, to enable people with osteoarthritis to have a good quality of life and to delay or avoid surgery.”

Compared to many other methods, this method is evidence-based and paid for by health insurance companies. The goal of the programme is to provide you with the skills to manage your knee and hip problems.

The programme is structured as follows:

  1. 3 individual sessions with entry examination, tests and practical introduction to the exercise programme. Here you will be assessed on your current situation and introduced to the exercise programme.
  2. 2 group sessions with patient education: Here, you will learn about osteoarthritis and how to better cope with it.
  3. 12 group sessions with neuromuscular exercise programme: You will learn to control your movements and posture, improve your muscle strength and learn to integrate functional exercises into your everyday life.
  4. A final individual session with exit examination: Here, the success of your participation in the programme is checked. The referring doctor will receive a brief report.

Functional training with Zita

We cordially invite you to participate in our functional circuit training with Zita!

To maintain your health and achieve new fitness goals, we offer training in small groups (5-6 people). Our groups are deliberately kept small to ensure personal attention and guidance. The workout will train the whole body and take into account your individual needs and fitness level. Classes include a range of varied and functional exercises that work the whole body, build strength, improve endurance and enhance flexibility. We look forward to joining you on your journey to better health!

Training times: Wednesdays 6.00 p.m., Thursdays 12.00 p.m.
